RESERVATION
All reservations require a 50% deposit upon reserving the items, along with a signed agreement, and signed invoice. Contact us for payment options. Please note: a quote or proposal is not guaranteed until payment is received.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date together with a signed rental agreement. Client is responsible for payment of the full balance at least 30 days prior to the scheduled rental date. Further, if the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of the contracted event date, the Client will not receive a refund for the cancelled items and is still responsible for paying for the items in full if they have not already.
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY
All furniture & large specialty item rental orders require white glove delivery service. White glove delivery includes the time and labor involved in packing the truck prior to the event, driving to the venue, delivering all items on order, driving back to showroom, returning to venue to pick up items at end of event, driving back, and time and labor to unload truck. White glove delivery does NOT include set up or styling of rentals. Styling services must be reserved separately. Each order will have a delivery fee that will vary based on quantity of items, labor involved, times requested for delivery/pickup, venue restrictions and distance from Santa Clarita Valley. Local Delivery fees start at $75. Delivery outside of Santa Clarita will require a minimum order of $2,500 + delivery fees. Delivery or pick up outside of standard business hours will require a minimum order of $1,000 and will have additional delivery costs starting at $500. Blissfully Borrowed reserves the right to determine if "DIY" transport is suitable for specific orders/items.
OUTDOOR USE
We love our rentals being used outdoors. However, in case of rain, we do not EVER want to have to charge our clients for rain or water damage to our vintage rentals. Please ensure you have a rain backup plan, if necessary, based on your event date/weather. Rentals may never be left outside overnight.
CANDLE USE
Real wax candles must be in a protective votive to prevent wax from dripping inside glass hurricanes or decorative votive’s. A cleaning fee will be charged for any wax dripped on tables or any other surface. In some cases, damage by candle wax may result in a total loss of linens, and the cost of replacement would be on the Client.
DAMAGES
The Client assumes all responsibility for any damages that occur to rental items at their event and agrees to pay the replacement value of the damaged item. If a spill of any kind can be professionally cleaned, the Client will only be charged the professional cleaning fee. Damages include, but are not limited to: melted candle wax, cigarette or cigar smell, spills, water damage, chips, cracks, and tears. Dealer will send an invoice for any damage, cleaning, or repair fees within three business days of the event.
